B/ The second step is to complete a feasibility study per independent operation; e.g.: a group of rural small entreprises managed by women, (see the process) C/ Each feasibility studies file, not yet undertaken, is displayed on the website and available to potential operation partners. The link between an operation partner and an operation itself is tied to his nation, his products, his people, his affinities,... D/ The operation commences when the budget for a period from 9 mouths to 2 years is in place. (see the process) E/ Management of the payback. Relationship to International Agreements on Sustainable Development
How the partnership contributes to the implementation of Agenda 21, the Programme for the Further Implementation of Agenda 21, and the Johannesburg Plan of Implementation
"Women should be fully involved in decision-making and in the implementation of sustainable development activities" (Agenda 21, Chapter 24 United Nation, Rio Summit, 1992) Our mission is based on the belief that women create life and act with an instinctive manner, intuition and solidarity for the well being of their families.

We participate by improving leadership opportunities and venues for women entrepreneurs in developing countries, so that they are the role models for their communities. The creation and development of economic networks by women is a promising source of fresh financing and a beginning of bringing people on board.

Working together to address to critical issue of youth unemployment and to reverse the rural exodus of this population from developing countries: a situation currently approaching crisis status and that threaten the security and well being of our children.

The EVE-olution Foundation can provide an "alternate*" channel and a fabulous opportunity to reach the UN Millennium Development Goals to support the planet's Sustainable Development.

*Alternate channel: to reach the same goals but through another way. Ours is a bottom-up strategy.
